The site has been given a new (nicer) look. And a link to a very useful training document on CBA techniques, including exercises and answers, has been added (4th listing under General CBA), which might be a good introduction for those who are relatively new to project CBA or want to freshen up their knowledge.

And in the meantime a similar site is being built on CBA of water supply and sanitation projects in less developed countries. This will be www.watereconomics.net!
